Die LOKOMEDY SHOW startete 2015 in der alten LOK in Brilon und zog mit Stand-up-Comedy schnell ein großes Publikum an. Seit 2017 läuft Brilons Comedy-Format im Kolpinghaus. Auf der Bühne stehen Comedy-Newcomer:innen aus Deutschland mit pointierten Programmen.
